Bell (short for 'Bell Cranel') is the main character of the anime 'Dungeon ni deai wo motomeru no ha machigatteru darou ka ?' - aka 'DanMachi' for short.
The title loosely translates to "Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon ?"

Despite it suggesting a romance/harem oriented story, it's more of a tale with adventure/quests/team-building/shonen-initiatic kinda story in a fantasy world where old mythological gods from pagan religions are mentors/chaperones for various teams of explorers venturing down Orario's Dungeon and facing all kinds of monsters, troubles and mysteries along the way.

The anime series has been ongoing for some years now, slowly expanding its lore and worldbuilding.
The 4th season is currently airing.

Yeah Danmachi...I always wanted to start it, but because of the already out seasons(episodes) I got intimidated.

Danmachi starts out really well, then it kinda went rough in the middle. Then the movie came out, which was pretty good. This season is very much like S3 and the movie colliding to where they need to go (not gonna ruin that).

I recommend it. Just kinda gloss over S2 a bit, watch everything else seriously, and you're good to go.

I enjoyed the previous seasons of Danmachi, and I think 1st and 2nd can easily be watched in one go.😁
The story is interesting and definitely one-of-a-kind among the fantasy genre.
First seasons were pretty dynamic and thrilling. Season 2 is slightly 'harem'-like. (If that's a bonus for you)

The 3rd season worldbuilds a lot, and introduces the viewer to many more characters and mysteries. 👍
In my opinion, it had narrative and pacing problems, though.😕

Like, I'm glad I pushed through because everything made sense by the end of the season, (and it's useful to understand the current season's context 👀) ... but the way the story was told took away some of the fun and dynamism the previous seasons had... ?
Also, I feel like the narration wanted to be mysterious, suspenseful, and enticing... but instead, ended up being convoluted and confusing...?

So you might need more time to watch this one, or help yourself with Wikipedia-related pages to make sure you got all the points the story tried to convey.

Again, I'm glad I pushed through and learned a lot more about the characters, and Danmachi's world, and it gave me lot to expect for the 4th season. (But, as far as I'm concerned, I can't help but remember it with a pinch of deception.)

So far, the 4th season hasn't fallen victim to its predecessor' mistakes, so it's all good.😌👏

I know starting a series that has a lot of episodes can feel overwhelming ; but Danmachi is a really good one, so I don't think its lenght will be felt once you start it.

You could binge the first 2 seasons during weekends or holidays, take a bit more time with the 3rd, and come back here to watch the 4th at your own pace. 😉

The secret behind this, that I don't watch one piece nor planning to ever to do.
Intimidation comes from that It is a completly new show a new commitment, and I'm very bad with those because I either don't consume a thing...or I obsessively consume a thing ^^" So I would binge it with at least 5 episodes

As someone who watched over 750 one piece episodes out of sheer boredom at one point, its an extremely stupid and overrated anime, in my opinion at least, you ain't missing much.

I freakin hate one piece, but I also love it. I guess....after thousands of episodes you kinda develop a hate-love relationship lol.

He been spamming quite alot of basic spell when he has alot more. Lol He could just have hit hell fire 10 time through one of the slime with the legendary armor.

it consumes a ton of MP tho. I mean...dude took out a whole ass mythical dragon with basic spells, so it makes sense to test your opponent with weaker skills first.

Well hes not the first one, Makoto from Tsukimichi already did it, and ALONE!! He made fireballs in a circular pattern and rapid fired them like the cylinders on a minigun

The fights are essentially a mix of playing hide-n-seek and dodgeball. And, Yuji occasionally opening multiple windows and drawing graphs like a stock broker.

The amount of fireballs this episode, made me glad when he started using that ice move. You'd think he would try using some other moves.

I am surprised the heat from the double Hellfire of Decimation x10 left Yuuji unaffected since I couldn't see a barrier around him.

I would expect he is resistant to a number of things, kind of like how he could just saunter around an active volcano with flowing lava and not have issues.
OR maybe because his own Hellfire of Demise was keeping the other Hellfire of Demise at a far enough distance, he wasn't affected. That is, perhaps he's somewhat immune to his own magic, kind of like a person who farts isn't bothered the smell of his own fart while the people around him are? XD

yah but forget the fireballs spam, the action in this anime is too good, plus the spell transfer is soo addicting to watch, very unique its one of the parts i always look forward in this anime, also that hellfire x 10 at the end made me jawdropped when they cast it tho i thought it gonna make the whole area burn but its in their part only lol

I actually liked today episode, the animation for today wasn’t that bad I was actually enjoying it.

Haha Yuuji went for Walters feet/toes. Ohh wow looks like the Sage ain’t playing around though, and his spell the "Hellfire of Demise" is definitely very similar to Yuuji power just way more powerful I think.

Really enjoying the slimes fight especially their reactions lol
